We started GuardID because taking your data off broker sites yourself means dozens of individual opt-out requests, most of which quietly reappear months later. We built the service we wished existed — and we run it on terms we're comfortable putting in writing.

We think a company built on trust should be transparent about its own incentives. So: 33% of profit goes to the people who build and run GuardID, and 33% goes to charity. The remainder goes back into keeping the service running and improving.
We also pay our tax in full, in the UK — no offshore structuring to minimise what we owe.

Yes. GuardID Ltd is registered in England & Wales and registered with the ICO for data protection purposes. Full registration details are available on request via our contact page.
It's used only to search for and remove matching listings on your behalf. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond delivering the service you signed up for.
Being smaller is exactly why we're transparent by default — ICO registration, UK data residency, and a public profit split aren't marketing lines, they're things you can independently verify.
Our registration number is available on request via contact and can be checked directly against the public ICO register.
